How about the different categories? We choose one each and take turns as well?
Categories of individual entries:
(a) News feature on a selected topic or issue (may consist of a description or a summary)
(b) Brief communications (a letter addressed to your community)
(c) Review (a brief review of a journal article or book relevant to the assigned topic/issue)
(d) Commentary (an informed opinion piece on an issue which explores political, ethical or social ramifications of a specific research study or project/innovation)

For the categories, simply forget about that，because even though we try to write in a certain way, it would turn out be of the same style.
